As the Lead Host, youll set the tone for an exceptional fine dining experience, leading thehost stand with polish, warmth, and confidence. This role blends elevated guestengagement with front-of-house coordination to support smooth service flow in a Four Diamond environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of hosting or front-of-house experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated
• leadership ability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment; POS and
• reservation system knowledge preferred.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications required or ability to obtain;
• luxury hotel, resort, or Four-Diamond experience preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Elevated Guest Experience

• Deliver a warm, polished welcome that creates a memorable first impression forguests and team members.
• Guide seating and pacing with confidence, balancing reservations, service flow, anddining room capacity.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle VIPs, special requests, and concerns with care,discretion, and good judgment.

Seamless Front-of-House Operations

• Keep the host stand running smoothly by managing reservations, waitlists, tableassignments, and dining room flow.
• Present clean, accurate menus and stay informed on menu oAerings, wineselections, and daily specials.
• Support polished daily operations through attentive call handling, room serviceprocedures, and opening and closing duties.

Trusted Team Leadership & Standards

• Coach and support hosts and front-of-house team members while stepping in toassist servers and cashiers as needed.
• Contribute to team meetings, training, service improvements, and propertyinitiatives with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Uphold scheduling, grooming, safety, liquor law, cash-handling, certification, andAimbridge Hospitality standards.
