Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific quality assurance and quality control plan.
Establish quality procedures, inspection requirements, documentation standards, and reporting processes.
Provide quality oversight for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and specialty systems.
Review contractor and subcontractor quality plans, inspection and test plans, method statements, and installation procedures.
Verify that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, submittals, codes, standards, and manufacturer requirements.
Conduct field inspections, audits, surveillance activities, and quality walks.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to identify deficiencies and drive corrective actions.
Manage nonconformance reports, deficiency logs, punch lists, corrective-action plans, and closeout documentation.
Track quality issues, recurring defects, trends, root causes, and resolution status.
Participate in pre-installation meetings, first-work inspections, mockups, and preparatory meetings.
Support system turnover by verifying completion of inspections, testing records, as-built documentation, O&M manuals, warranties, and closeout requirements.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals.
Strong experience with MEP construction systems and installation practices.
Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, submittals, inspection processes, and testing requirements.
Experience managing quality documentation, nonconformance reports, corrective actions, and punch-list processes.
Ability to perform field inspections and communicate technical deficiencies clearly.
Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.
Understand how your role contributes to the organization's goals.
Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values.
Working knowledge of applicable building codes, industry standards, and construction-quality practices.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management
Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, or large commercial construction projects.
Experience working in an owner’s representative, general contractor, commissioning, engineering, or construction-management environment.
Knowledge of electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building controls, and integrated systems.
Familiarity with commissioning, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing, and turnover processes.
Preferred Certification: CQM-C, ASQ Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, NICET, or related credentials.

The salary range for this full-time role is $93,000.00-$124,000.02 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
