What You’ll Do

As Clinical Director, you’ll help bring together the clinical, operational, and people-focused sides of the clinic. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, support great patient care, and help create an environment where both patients and clinicians can thrive.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Lead with confidence: Support daily clinical operations and help keep the clinic running smoothly and effectively.
• Stay connected to patient care: Evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy.
• Help clinicians grow: Mentor, coach, and support team members as they build their clinical skills and professional confidence.
• Build a team people want to be part of: Foster a positive, accountable culture where collaboration and patient-centered care come first.
• Help move the clinic forward: Work with ownership and leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen performance, and support long-term growth.
• Maintain high standards: Promote accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality of care.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a clinician who is ready to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and help others succeed. You understand that great leadership involves more than making decisions—it means listening, communicating, setting a positive example, and helping your team navigate challenges together.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
• Have previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience.
• Bring leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience and are ready to build on it.
• Have strong clinical reasoning and the confidence to make thoughtful patient-care decisions.
• Communicate clearly, build trust, and work well with different personalities.
• Take initiative, follow through on commitments, and hold yourself to high professional standards.
