Position type: Part-time
Pay rate: $20 to $24 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM or

Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

What you’ll do

• Follow individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Attend required training and supervision
• Provide consistent, reliable support for your assigned client

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA or RBT experience is a plus
• Willing to complete applicable training and certification requirements
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance

Weekly hours depend on the client’s schedule and case assignment.
