Job Description
Primary Duties:
Collecting retail subsidy applications then applying subsidy costs and sending to Panel lenders. Communicate with Dealers and Lenders to help close retail transactions properly. Perform the essential duties listed below.
Responsibilities:
● Contact Dealers/Customers to receive retail subsidy applications.
● Fill out the credit application forms and distribute them to panel lenders.
● Cross check with Dealers and Lenders during the application process to avoid any fall-through.
● Request Pricing to Panel lenders on subsidy rates in a monthly basis.
● Process Retail Rebates regularly and contact dealers if rebate claims are not sufficient.
● Review/Confirm with a Sales Manager on the models and costs of retail subsidy and rebates when there is an update of the retail programs.
● Review monthly invoices from financial institutions for HD HCE-NA retail subsidy financing and prepare vouchers for payment.
● Work with Sales Departments to resolve credit issues to complete sales requests.
● Work with the Accounting Department to resolve internal credits/debits, audit issues.
Other duties:
Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time.
Work environment and other requirements:
The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodation can be made for handicapped employees. Travel only on an “as needed” basis.
