  • Present design concepts, rationale, and creative directions in client meetings
  • Provide brand guidance to ensure consistency across all communications
  • Support clients with design recommendations and respond to inquiries or escalate when needed
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion
  • Perform quality control checks, proofreading, and final content validation
  • Organize, document, and maintain project files, approvals, and design assets
Requirements

This role requires strong technical design expertise combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client-driven projects in a deadline-oriented environment.

  • 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Diploma or degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with Figma and After Effects considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Dreamweaver is an advantage
  • Solid understanding of print production and digital design standards
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply corporate brand guidelines with precision
  • Experience designing across multiple formats including print, web, social media, email, and digital ads
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle competing priorities
  • English proficiency required; bilingualism is considered an asset
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly compensation ($32/hour salaried or $36/hour incorporated rate)
  • 12-month contract with potential for permanent employment
  • Full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week, weekday hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM)
  • Fully remote and virtual work environment
  • Opportunity to work on diverse, high-visibility design projects
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with clients and internal teams
