Accountabilities

In this role, you will support sales managers and client publishers by ensuring smooth execution of daily sales operations and communications. You will help coordinate materials, reporting, and promotional activities while maintaining accurate tracking systems and timelines. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and operational support to sales managers handling client publisher accounts.
  • Maintaining seasonal calendars, tracking sales materials, and coordinating deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
  • Organizing and facilitating virtual meetings, including WebEx and Microsoft Teams sessions.
  • Communicating regularly with client publishers regarding schedules, deliverables, and updates.
  • Coordinating digital promotions and managing the distribution of sales materials to internal teams.
  • Preparing and distributing daily and weekly sales reports and consolidating feedback from sales representatives.
Requirements

This role requires strong organizational ability, communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • Self-starter mindset with initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with SAP or WebEx is a plus.
  • Experience in publishing, sales support, customer service, or bookselling is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and support process improvements.
