You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing high-stakes decisions and long-term direction. Accountabilities
  • Define and lead the global commercial strategy for the Point of Care business, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and market dynamics.
  • Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into differentiated value propositions and actionable strategic priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end commercial transformation initiatives, defining clear success metrics, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish strong cross-functional alignment between Product Management, R&D, regional teams, and commercial stakeholders from strategy inception through execution.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, playbooks, and sales enablement frameworks to ensure consistent execution across geographies.
  • Oversee strategic governance, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure clarity on key business drivers and outcomes.
  • Lead prioritization of initiatives, balancing growth opportunities, resource allocation, and execution feasibility.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on market trends, commercial performance, and strategic direction.
Requirements

This role requires extensive experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or business transformation within complex, global organizations, ideally in healthcare or medical technology. Candidates should combine strong analytical capabilities with executive-level communication and stakeholder influence skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, marketing, or business performance management roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, KPI development, and sales or commercial performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and R&D teams.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior executives.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy development and commercial execution frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to drive alignment and organizational focus.
