  • Manage and maintain a strategic content calendar across newsletters, social media, whitepapers, and other digital channels.
  • Create, edit, and optimize compelling healthcare-focused content that educates, informs, and engages both consumer and business audiences.
  • Own newsletter strategy and performance, continuously improving engagement metrics and conversion outcomes.
  • Expand and strengthen social media presence to increase brand awareness and inbound interest.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, research, and leadership teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor content performance analytics and implement data-driven improvements to messaging, formats, and channel effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles.
  • Previous experience within healthcare, health benefits, or related healthcare-focused organizations.
  • Strong writing and editing portfolio showcasing clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts, including clinical or research teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve content workflows and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, audience engagement, and digital communication strategies.
  • Ability to analyze content performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and data.
  • Experience working across both B2C and B2B audiences is considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with content design and visual storytelling principles is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually.
  • Annual cash incentive program.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Flexible paid time off policy.
  • Access to healthcare support services for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunities to collaborate with mission-driven teams focused on meaningful healthcare impact.
