This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving strategic sales growth within the converter ecosystem across key industrial segments, including Electronics and Medical Devices. You will lead business development efforts, strengthen customer partnerships, and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding market share and delivering sustainable, profitable growth. The role combines hands-on sales leadership with strategic planning, requiring close collaboration with marketing, technical, and cross-functional teams. You will also play a key role in developing high-performing sales talent while ensuring disciplined execution across forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM adoption. Operating in a complex B2B industrial environment, you will influence key customer decisions and lead high-value negotiations. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share across converter and industrial segments.
- Lead business growth initiatives by identifying, developing, and expanding direct and indirect converter opportunities.
- Manage key customer relationships and lead strategic negotiations to drive retention and business expansion.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on execution excellence and customer-centric selling.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical services, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and business visibility.
- Manage sales budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources to maximize commercial performance.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and ensure disciplined sales operations and compliance standards.
- Identify new market opportunities and support channel growth strategies to strengthen overall business presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales, with strong exposure to complex technical or manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering sustained revenue growth.
- Strong experience in strategic account management and large-scale customer engagement.
- Excellent business and financial acumen with the ability to drive profitable growth decisions.
- Strong expertise in sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (SFDC preferred).
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in converter or related industrial markets is a strong advantage.
