Overview The RV Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for accurately diagnosing customer concerns, coordinating repair orders, communicating with technicians, and ensuring an exceptional service experience from check-in to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Intake — Greet customers, listen to concerns, document issues, and create detailed repair orders.
• Service Coordination — Communicate with technicians to clarify concerns, verify diagnostics, and track repair progress.
• Estimate Preparation — Prepare and present cost estimates, obtain approvals, and update customers on changes.
• Status Communication — Provide timely updates on repair status, parts availability, and timelines.
• Quality Assurance — Review completed work, verify accuracy, and ensure customer satisfaction at pickup.
