The Medical Assistant plays a key role in supporting our providers with patient care, treatment preparation, documentation, and safety protocols. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment and enjoys delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience in med spa settings and possess excellent communication skills to foster positive patient interactions and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and room patients, verify appointment details, and ensure comfort
• Take and document medical history, consent forms, and treatment notes (HIPAA compliant)
• Assist providers during injections, laser procedures, and skincare treatments (within scope)
• Prepare, clean, and restock treatment rooms and instruments
• Capture before/after photos and maintain proper photo documentation
• Assist front desk team with scheduling and patient communication
• Help manage clinical inventory, including injectables and skincare stock
• Receive, unpack, and organize shipments
• Maintain safety, sterilization, OSHA, and HIPAA standards
• Educate patients on post-care instructions and treatment expectations

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in medical spa — preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain accurate in a busy clinical environment
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented work style
• EMR experience strongly preferred
• CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days of hire)
