$18.00-$19.00/hour + Full Benefits + Paid Training +Bonus/Commission Opportunities

This isn't a typical call center job. You're the person customers connect with to schedule termite inspections, answer questions, and help them take the next step, which means you play a major role in keeping our teams busy and our customers taken care of.

What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with customers by phone, email, and text to:
- Make outbound calls to schedule termite inspections
- Speak with new and existing customers about termite services
- Help customers overcome hesitations and confidently book appointments
- Maintain a steady call flow while having real conversations
- Respond to customer emails and texts related to scheduling
- Coordinate with service teams to keep schedules running smoothly
- Complete account updates and data entry accurately
- Assist with follow-up calls related to billing, warranties, and quality checks
Schedule
Monday–Friday (Daytime)
Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)
