We’re hiring a Success Coach (Workforce Support) to support individuals facing life challenges in maintaining stable employment. You’ll provide coaching, crisis support, and resource connections—meeting people where they are to help them succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Support employees facing barriers (housing, childcare, financial stress)
• Provide coaching and crisis support
• Connect individuals to community resources (SNAP, healthcare, etc.)
• Visit workplaces and meet clients in person
• Partner with employers and community organizations

What You Need

• Experience in case management, social services, or similar roles
• Strong people skills and problem-solving ability
• LSW, LMSW, LCSW, or similar credential (preferred)
• Reliable transportation (local travel required)
• Must live in Metro Atlanta / North Georgia
