Job Description

AI GTM Engineer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI GTM Engineer in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, engineering, and go-to-market execution, where you will drive the adoption of AI across core business functions. You will work directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities where AI agents and automation can transform workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate decision-making. Beyond strategy, you will actively design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems that move from prototype to production across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. The role blends technical depth with business acumen, requiring someone who can translate real operational pain points into scalable AI solutions. You will also play a key role in driving organizational change by enabling teams to adopt and fully integrate AI into their daily work. This is a high-ownership, high-impact position in a fast-moving, AI-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify and evaluate high-impact AI opportunities across go-to-market, operations, and business support functions
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to build and maintain an AI transformation roadmap prioritizing ROI, feasibility, and strategic value
  • Design, build, and deploy AI agent-based workflows, automation systems, and multi-step orchestration processes
  • Develop production-grade AI solutions including RAG systems, CRM enrichment pipelines, content automation tools, and internal AI agents
  • Integrate AI systems with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, and Google Workspace to enable end-to-end automation
  • Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from rapid prototyping through deployment, monitoring, iteration, and optimization
  • Lead AI adoption initiatives, including training programs, workshops, and enablement strategies across teams
  • Track usage, measure impact, and continuously refine AI workflows based on user feedback and performance data
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, data science, or technical operations roles
  • Proven experience building and shipping production-grade AI or automation systems used in real business environments
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market functions such as Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and BizOps
  • Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Gemini, or similar)
  • Ability to translate business workflows into scalable technical AI solutions
  • Strong engineering skills with the ability to build integrations across multiple enterprise systems
  • Experience with change management, user adoption, and cross-functional enablement in technical transformations
  • Startup mindset with strong ownership, bias for action, and ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with executives and non-technical stakeholders
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
  • Health, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Flexible paid time off policy supporting work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of applied AI transformation in real business environments
  • Collaborative and fast-paced startup culture with strong ownership opportunities
  • In-person co-working sessions and team meetups for collaboration (where applicable)
  • Inclusive and diverse work environment encouraging innovation and experimentation
