The mission of the Retail Training Intern at Cozey

Your mission will be to help shape how our retail teams learn and grow by creating engaging, high-quality training content that equips them with the knowledge and skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Over the course of your Fall semester internship, you'll research, produce, and organize learning materials that bring our products, materials, and sales approach to life. Our ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented storyteller, who is excited to be part of a growing Canadian start-up with very large ambitions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Research and curate supporting resources (videos, articles, visuals) for training modules based on provided structure and subjects, with a focus on sales skills, product knowledge, materials, and interior design
• Edit and produce short-form training videos using TikTok/CapCut to create engaging internal learning content
• Input and organize validated content into our e-learning platform (LearnWorlds), ensuring modules are properly structured and formatted
• Maintain and update internal documentation (Zendesk) to reflect the latest product and procedure changes

What We're Looking For

• Bilingualism (English and French)
• Currently enrolled in a program related to communications, marketing, education, or a related field
• Experience editing short-form video content (TikTok, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Strong research skills with an eye for relevant, high-quality content
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Passionate about retail, interior design & the furniture industry
