Details of the Role:
The position of Maintenance Technician I is responsible for assisting with preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on equipment and facility systems. During a standard workday, you will perform basic troubleshooting, equipment inspections, and maintenance support.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic equipment under supervision.Support routine equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns as directed.Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately. Assist with equipment installations, moves, or upgrades.Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.Support general facility upkeep where required (e.g., minor repairs).Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Perform other maintenance duties based on site needs and training.Qualifying Attributes and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical coursework preferred.0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn electrical and equipment systems.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.Ability to read simple diagrams, instructions, and manuals.Strong teamwork and time‑management skills.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as required. Adequate vision for equipment inspection and reading documentation.Benefits Summary
