Job Description

Location: On site at 1425 Innovation Pl, West Lafayette, IN 47906

Office hours are 8am-5pm, this role is part time 20-25 hrs per week. Scheduled days are flexible

Pay Range: $18-20.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, credit memos, for payment based on the Company’s AP guidelines and processes
  • Ensure A/P invoices have appropriate approvals
  • Ensure A/P invoices are coded appropriately
  • Work within deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Apply understanding of Quality System Requirements in executing job duties.
  • Model and encourage employee involvement in continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High School degree required ·
  • 3rd or 4th year college student with major in Finance/Accounting

Travel not required

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Frequent (>75%) fine manipulation using hands and fingers(typing, opening, writing, clicking, paper sorting, etc.)
  • Onsite office environment with assigned workstation

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and excellent communication skills required.
  • Proven ability to communicate and work well in team environments
