- Provide one-on-one mentorship sessions to support learners with technical concepts, projects, and coursework related to Agentic AI
- Review learner submissions and identify areas for improvement, offering actionable guidance and constructive feedback
- Conduct virtual technical deep-dive sessions covering advanced AI concepts, workflows, and practical implementation strategies
- Prepare educational presentations, demonstrations, and project walkthroughs to help learners better understand course expectations and technical frameworks
- Facilitate group Q&A sessions through video or collaborative communication platforms to address learner questions and challenges
- Explain complex AI topics clearly and effectively to learners with varying levels of technical expertise
- Support learners in understanding real-world applications of LLMs, orchestration systems, prompt engineering, and AI agent architectures
- Collaborate within a global mentor network to share best practices, insights, and educational approaches
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, software engineering, or related technical fields
- Strong expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks such as Chain-of-Thought (CoT) and ReAct
- Hands-on experience designing AI agent workflows, including orchestration, routing, task coordination, memory systems, and iterative feedback loops
- Experience implementing AI systems with API integrations, structured outputs, state management, and database interactions
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, including multi-agent and single-agent architectures
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation techniques, debugging processes, and performance optimization strategies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through presentations, mentoring, demos, and learner support sessions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote, contractor-based environment
