Accountabilities:
  • Identify, develop, and close new enterprise partnership opportunities with Fortune 1000 organizations and strategic stakeholders.
  • Lead complex end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, relationship development, proposal structuring, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to support and refine go-to-market and business growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across multiple industries.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, brand, and partnerships teams to align solutions with client needs and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Position services and solutions strategically to help enterprise partners engage and support small and medium-sized businesses effectively.
  • Leverage CRM tools and sales methodologies to manage pipelines, forecast opportunities, and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Contribute to a high-performing business development culture through proactive communication, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented execution.
  • Support seamless transition and long-term success of new partnerships by coordinating with internal account and partnership teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, enterprise business development, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and closing complex enterprise sales cycles with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with experience developing long-term strategic relationships and alliances.
  • Experience engaging with executive and C-level stakeholders across large organizations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced and evolving business environments while maintaining strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify customer challenges and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple business units to drive growth initiatives and maximize client value.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management tools.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and self-directed with a strong commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
  • Ability to travel periodically as required for partner meetings, events, and business development activities.
  • Experience within technology, partnerships, or high-growth startup environments is highly valued.
