Junior Account Executive – Entry-Level in Boise, Idaho at RES Inc.

You will support client brand initiatives through live events, pop-up activations, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs. No advanced experience is required — full training, mentorship, and development are provided.

As a Junior Account Executive, you will assist in executing event marketing and brand awareness campaigns designed to increase customer engagement and deliver measurable results for client brands.

You will work closely with Account Managers and marketing teams to support:

• Brand visibility and awareness
• Customer engagement and experience
• Campaign execution quality and performance

This role includes hands-on training and a structured pathway into account management, leadership, and team management positions.

• Support execution of event marketing and brand promotion campaigns
• Assist in achieving team performance goals and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to improve results
• Support onboarding and training of new entry-level team members
• Ensure quality and accuracy in campaign execution
• Help resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
• Promote positive customer experiences and brand interactions
• Represent client brands at live events and promotional activations
