You will play a critical role in shaping how large-scale partners influence global growth. This is a highly visible, quota-carrying role with direct impact on revenue performance and ecosystem success.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage strategic relationships with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners, ensuring alignment across business units and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Identify and build scalable partnership opportunities, including co-sell motions and integrated solution offerings.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for GSI partnerships, advising Sales and leadership teams on strategy and execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to optimize partner engagement and customer success outcomes.
  • Establish and track performance metrics including OKRs, KPIs, and revenue quotas for assigned partners.
  • Expand and deepen relationships across all organizational levels within partner ecosystems.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management of strategic GSI partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in partner management, including at least 5+ years working directly with Global System Integrators.
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying partnership or channel sales roles within SaaS or enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems, including CMS/DXP platforms, MACH/composable architecture, or related technologies.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to structure complex partnership deals and strategies.
  • Established ability to build relationships across senior levels within large global organizations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner engagement and business development activities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from 145,000 to 165,000 USD plus variable compensation
  • Performance-based incentives tied to quota achievement
  • Remote-friendly and flexible working environment
  • Opportunity to work with leading global enterprise brands and strategic technology partners
  • Collaborative, team-oriented culture with strong emphasis on autonomy and impact
  • Exposure to fast-evolving SaaS, composable, and digital experience ecosystems
  • Professional growth in a high-impact, globally expanding partnerships organization
  • Inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and teamwork
