You will help drive engagement by supporting multi-channel communication campaigns, creating compelling content, and managing marketing operations that support healthcare fraud prevention efforts. - Create and maintain public-facing and internal communications materials, including presentations, reports, newsletters, and branded marketing content.
- Support the execution, monitoring, and reporting of digital marketing and email campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Manage and update email distribution lists while assisting with audience segmentation and engagement strategies.
- Develop campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.
- Proofread, edit, and ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging consistency, and Section 508 compliance requirements.
- Create and manage surveys, assist with marketing research initiatives, and support multimedia communication requests including audio and video content.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and communications teams to respond to ad-hoc requests and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of related experience in marketing communications, digital campaigns, or technical writing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Section 508 accessibility compliance standards and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively across both PC and Mac environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, proofreading, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
- Competitive salary range of approximately $54,400 – $73,600 annually, based on experience and location.
