Working closely with project managers, vendors, manufacturers, and customers, you will help drive smooth project execution from order placement through completion. The position offers strong exposure to EPC environments, technical documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll join a collaborative and customer-focused environment where precision, initiative, and accountability are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Support Project Managers in coordinating large-scale EPC valve and automation projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Lead project expediting activities by proactively communicating with manufacturers and vendors to ensure timely production, shipment, and delivery.
  • Track project milestones, delivery schedules, long-lead items, and documentation progress to maintain alignment with customer requirements.
  • Manage technical documentation including submittals, certifications, O&M manuals, technical drawings, data books, and turnover packages.
  • Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and risk mitigation plans with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with manufacturers and vendors to review production timelines, documentation, and technical clarifications.
  • Assist in interpreting commercial and technical specifications related to valves, actuators, automation systems, and related industrial products.
  • Maintain accurate tracking logs, expediting reports, and project records while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial inside sales, project coordination, expediting, or documentation management within EPC or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of valve, automation, and PVF products, materials, and manufacturing processes preferred.
  • Experience supporting large or multi-site projects with complex schedules and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and commercial terms accurately.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PDF/document management software, and tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent collaboration and problem-solving capabilities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with estimated pay range of $17.74 – $33.85/hour depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive plans.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off and life insurance coverage.
  • Mental health support and wellness-focused programs.
  • Gender-affirming care and family-building benefits.
  • Paid parental leave and employee discount programs.
  • Opportunities for community involvement and professional growth.
  • Flexible remote work environment with full-time weekday schedule.
