Midwest PMS LLC is seeking a skilled Feed Mill Maintenance Technician for our Bradshaw, Nebraska location.

This is skilled position and requires experience in the installation, general maintenance, and repair of all equipment, pumps, tanks, and plumbing utilized in the process of manufacturing liquid feed supplement. Hours (Full-Time In-Person)
Monday – Friday – 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday mornings
Pay Type: Hourly
Hourly Rate: $25 - $32 per hour
Pay Type: Hourly
Estimated Annual Base Wages (based on hourly rate * average hours): $58,500-$83,200
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of feed mill equipment, including mixers, pumps, motors, tanks, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtown, and support continuous production operations.
- Assist with installation or modification of new equipment and automation system as needed.
- Collaborate with operations and production staff to coordinate maintenance activities and support production schedules and any other duties assigned by manager.
Qualifications:
- Considerable mechanical knowledge surrounding manufacturing practices and methods.
- Use and update Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Perform basic welding, fabrication, and metal repair work as needed (welding experience preferred).
- Minor electrical and plumbing knowledge a plus.
- Must have a strong focus and adherence to workplace safety.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. and climb ladders.
- Automation and computer experience a plus
- Able to follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow specific protocols and keep accurate records.
- Problem solving ability.
- Able to easily adapt to changing conditions.
- Good attendance record.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Candidates must have valid documentation to be able to work in the U.S.
