Description:

The Warehouse Technician at Hyper Solutions plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and production operations to ensure materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and delivered to manufacturing workflows. This position is responsible for maintaining organization, inventory accuracy, and safety standards across the warehouse environment.

This role works closely with operations, production, and logistics teams to support efficient material flow and ensure production schedules are met. The Warehouse Technician contributes to both warehouse operations and light assembly and testing activities, helping ensure products are built and delivered with quality and consistency.

This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on environment, values organization and safety, and is comfortable working across warehouse and manufacturing tasks.

Core Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and shipment
  • Move products between manufacturing stations to support production flow
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts
  • Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained
  • Support general assembly tasks based on blueprints as needed
  • Assist with testing and quality control of assembled units
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet schedules and deadlines
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse organization and processes
  • Assist with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and material flow issues
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams regarding inventory and production needs
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and reporting hazards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Experience working with manufacturing or assembly processes
  • Familiarity with reading basic blueprints or assembly instructions

  • Materials flow efficiently through the warehouse and manufacturing process

  • Production teams receive materials on time with minimal delays
