Job Vision: Cutter & Buck brings brands to life with high quality embellishment on our products. Logo Coordinators serve our customers with high quality development of their logos to be embellished on our garments. Logo Coordinators work collaboratively with Customer Service, Sales and Embroidery Operations to ensure the highest quality finished products to our customers.

Job Location: This role provides direct support to our Fulfillment Centers in Seattle and Dallas. This position is hybrid in either the Renton, Washington (Seattle Fulfillment Center) or the Grand Prairie (Dallas Fulfillment Center) locations. Onsite weekly is expected for this position following initial 90 days of service. Must be within commutable distance.

Process Accountability: You will work with customers to ensure accurate, consistent, high quality development (creation) and color-up of embellished logos of corporate brands, college and professional sports teams which will be applied to Cutter & Buck garments.

1. Successfully coordinate the logo development process while meeting customer deadlines:

• Gathering / receipt of required information
• Review customer’s art, conceptualize it as a logo for embroidery or heat transfer, communicate this to Digitizer in a clear, concise manner
• Produce samples for accuracy, quality and color to ensure production quality and consistency
• Obtain Logo proof approval from customer and licensing as required
• Record logo information in system
• Use Tracker Embroidery Production system to “color” logo orders for production

1. Prioritize workload daily
2. Initiate and maintain contact with internal and external customer to ensure consistent fluid communication
3. Maintain high level of documentation
4. Frequently work in several computer software applications at the same time such as EDT, Wilcom, Tracker, SAP and Microsoft applications
5. Assist other team members as required

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent degree. Higher education a plus but not required.
• Experience working with Embroidery Production systems preferred
• Two years Customer Service experience in a high paced environment.
• Knowledge of college and professional sports team colors and logos
• Industry experience and/or experience working with color and logos preferred
