Strategist, TikTok Shop in Brazil at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategist, TikTok Shop based in Brazil.

This role focuses on developing and optimizing affiliate promotion strategies for TikTok Shop at the account level.
You will help clients grow the channel while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, performance, and ROI.
The position combines strategy, execution, analytics, affiliate relationship management, and client collaboration.
You will work closely with Customer Success, Product, and other specialized teams to align TikTok initiatives with broader advertising goals.
Your insights will directly inform campaign optimization, client recommendations, and the continued development of TikTok Shop strategies.

• Develop affiliate promotion strategies aligned with clients’ growth, performance, and profitability objectives.
• Identify relevant, high-quality TikTok affiliates that match each client’s audience, profile, and commercial goals.
• Lead affiliate outreach through the TikTok Affiliates portal, coordinate collaborations, and establish commission rates to strengthen partnerships.
• Drive the execution of affiliate promotions and coordinate them with broader advertising campaigns when applicable.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make ongoing adjustments to keep promotions aligned with performance targets.
• Prepare regular performance updates and client KPI reporting, translating data into clear, actionable, and client-ready insights.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to align affiliate strategies with client priorities, explain strategic recommendations, prepare client-facing materials, and participate in client calls when needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback to Product and contribute to defining and prioritizing the TikTok Shop roadmap.

Requirements:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of execution accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with client-facing teams.
• Fluent spoken and written English proficiency.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt within a rapidly changing digital commerce industry.
• Experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads is a plus but not required.
• Flexible, team-oriented approach with an interest in continuously developing expertise in TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing.
