We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Salad Prep Person to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare fresh salads according to established recipes and presentation standards

- Wash, chop, and assemble vegetables and ingredients efficiently and accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station and work area

- Ensure all ingredients are stored properly and rotated to maintain freshness

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
