This role is part of a global security professional services environment focused on delivering, integrating, and optimizing web security solutions. You will take ownership of technical integrations, from configuration and testing through debugging, documentation, and go-live. The position involves analyzing customer traffic and systems to address complex security challenges with tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical approaches, timelines, and implementation plans. The role also provides opportunities for continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and developing expertise in evolving web security technologies. As a hands-on security professional, you will contribute directly to reliable customer outcomes and the ongoing improvement of security services.

• Own the technical aspects of security solution integrations, including configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go-live activities.
• Analyze customer traffic, systems, and security requirements to identify issues and develop appropriate technical solutions.
• Customize security solutions to address customer-specific security challenges and operational needs.
• Manage, document, and track technical issues, requests, responses, and resolutions to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to define scope, establish timelines, design technical solutions, and support implementation through completion.
• Contribute to the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of security solutions for global customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen personal expertise and support the development of other team members.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, technical approaches, and customer outcomes.

• 6+ years of experience working with security technologies, processes, and concepts.
• Formal education in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of internet fundamentals, including DNS, routing, HTTP, TCP, and related communication protocols.
• Professional experience as an Application Security Engineer or Network Security Engineer.
• Ability to analyze customer traffic and systems and translate security requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge of OWASP, network security products, network and application firewalls, and server- and client-side application architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a changing security environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support customer-facing technical engagements.
