About Us

We are a fast-growing, software-focused middle market investment bank advising companies on M&A strategies and capital raises. Our team is highly collaborative, execution-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for founders, investors, and management teams.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will own how the firm presents itself to founders, investors, and the broader software M&A market. You will work closely with the partners and deal teams to raise the standard of our transaction materials, publish the firm's proprietary market reports, manage our event presence, and run the systems that support business development.

What You Will Do

Own Content and Brand: Develop and publish content across the firm's channels and partner profiles, including thought leadership, market commentary, and website content. Maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across every external touchpoint.
Evolve Deal Materials: Own the continuous improvement of the firm's transaction collateral, including teasers, confidential information memorandums, and management presentations. Advance our templates, design standards, and narrative structure over time so that our deal materials remain the most modern and compelling in the industry.
Own Transaction Announcements: Run closed deal marketing end to end, including tombstones, announcement graphics, and the sequenced rollout across the firm page and individual partner profiles. Coordinate timing and messaging with deal teams and clients so that every close reaches the founders, investors, and buyers most likely to act on it.
Publish Proprietary Reports: Support the production and distribution of the firm's proprietary market reports. Gather and organize market data, build charts and exhibits, verify underlying claims, and package findings into reports, presentations, and campaigns that reach the right audiences.
Manage Events and Conferences: Work with the operations team to strategically build the firm's event and conference calendar. Coordinate firm-hosted dinners, webinars, and founder events, and manage follow-up so meetings convert to pipeline.
Run Marketing Operations: Monitor CRM activity and KPIs, build and deploy email campaigns, and report on content performance, campaign results, and event return. Drive the marketing calendar and hold the firm to it.
Support Business Development: Work alongside the business development team to develop pitch materials, target lists, and outreach campaigns that support new client acquisition.

What We Are Looking For

2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, and/or content, ideally within financial services, professional services, or B2B software
Demonstrated ownership of marketing programs from strategy through execution and measurement, rather than executing against someone else's plan
Strong writing skills and the ability to translate technical or financial subject matter for a sophisticated audience
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential client and transaction information
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and desire to grow with a rapidly scaling firm
