Are you a compassionate spiritual care professional who wants to support individuals through their personal, family, and spiritual needs?

We’re seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual guidance, pastoral support, and religious programming for individuals served, families, and staff. This role coordinates religious and spiritual services, works with community faith resources and volunteers, and ensures individuals have access to spiritual care while respecting and supporting diverse religious beliefs and practices.

What You’ll Do

• Provide spiritual guidance and pastoral support to individuals served, families, and staff regarding personal, family, and spiritual concerns.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee religious and spiritual programs and services.
• Conduct worship services, sacramental observances, and religious education programs in accordance with applicable religious practices.
• Coordinate the volunteer program, including the selection, approval, orientation, and training of lay and clergy volunteers.
• Develop and provide orientation for newly arrived individuals regarding the Chaplain’s office and available religious and spiritual programs.
• Maintain relationships with community religious organizations and resources to support the spiritual needs of individuals served.
• Review and approve donations of equipment or materials for use in religious programs in accordance with organizational requirements.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, confidential documentation, and other required Chaplain program records.
• Ensure religious and spiritual programs comply with company policies, client requirements, and applicable accreditation standards.
• Support an environment that provides equal access, respect, and protection for individuals of all religions and spiritual beliefs.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and other site staff to support the overall needs of individuals served.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Master’s degree in divinity or related field (preferred)

Experience

• Experience providing clinical pastoral education (required)
• Catholic faith tradition or affiliation (preferred)
• Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent specialized training (preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

• Credentialed to conduct religious services according to the teachings of the individual’s religion or denomination (required)
• Current ecclesiastical endorsement from the appropriate religious certifying body (required)
