Job Description
Multimedia Specialist – Videographer
KeenLogic is seeking a Multimedia Specialist – Videographer to support video production and digital media initiatives for the U.S. House of Representatives. The Videographer participates in all stages of the multimedia development lifecycle, including video concept development, fielding feedback from the customer, and delivery of the completed video project.

Position Details
- Contract Length: Base year plus two option years (anticipated start pf contract in September 2026)
- Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Core Hours: Monday – Friday during standard business hours
- Location: Washington, DC
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in multiple digital media functional areas, including video publication/syndication, web production, audio and photo editing, and motion graphics.
- Must have professional, relevant, and timely experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Team Projects in both Mac and PC environments.
Job Expectations
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including needs assessment, meeting quality standards and providing consistent, accurate video project updates.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional House staff.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and switch gears quickly.
- Good working knowledge of media production, communication, and visual aid preparation.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service including needs assessment, meeting quality standards and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle fluctuating and competing deadlines.
- Ability to work additional hours as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults with customers and stakeholders to determine needs and ensure customer satisfaction of desired services in videography, video editing and motion graphics. Duties may also include still photography in field and studio environments.
- Designs and produces concepts and approaches for video, working with cross-functional team members to ensure the video meets the customers’ expectations.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current multimedia editing software and techniques, emphasizing the Adobe Creative Suite. Assists with training team members using video equipment and multimedia software tools.
- Performs other official duties as assigned.
