Manager of Licensed Products and E-Commerce

NXA USA is seeking an experienced Manager of Licensed Products & E-Commerce to own the full product lifecycle for our Licensed Products division. This position is responsible for product strategy, licensing relationships, e-commerce growth, sales and marketing execution, product launches, trade show performance, revenue generation, and overall profitability.

The Manager of Licensed Products & E-Commerce will lead the development and commercialization of licensed collegiate products while driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and expanding NXA USA's presence within the consumer products market.

Responsibilities

Own the full product lifecycle for the Licensed Products divisionLead all Sales & Marketing efforts for the divisionManage and grow all e-commerce sales channels and website platformsDevelop and launch new licensed products from concept through commercializationBuild andmaintainrelationships with collegiate licensing organizations and university partnersDevelop annual sales, marketing, and growth strategiesManage product pricing, margins, inventory planning, and forecastingOversee website merchandising, promotions, customer experience, and optimizationLead digital marketing initiatives including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and influencer partnershipsAnalyze sales trends, website analytics, customer behavior, and market opportunitiesCoordinate and attend trade shows, collegiate events, and consumer-facing eventsTrack licensing submissions, royalty reporting, and artwork approvalsCollaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to successfully launch productsDevelop annual revenue and profitability goals for the divisionPresent business performance updates and recommendations to Executive LeadershipTravel up to 40%Other duties as assigned

Requirements

2+ years of e-Commerce and consumer products experiencerequiredExperience managing products from concept through market launchExperience with collegiate licensing, retail, consumer products, or branded merchandise preferredProven experience driving revenue growth and increasing brand awarenessExperience leading sales and marketing initiatives

Business Knowledge

Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) managementExperience with pricing strategies, product margins, forecasting, and inventory planningAbility to analyze sales data, website analytics, and market trends to make business decisionsUnderstanding of product development and commercialization processes

Software Skills

Experience with e-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar systemsProficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience with website management and content updatesKnowledge of digital marketing tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics softwareExperience with social media management platforms preferred
