What You'll Do

• Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
• Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options
• Educate customers and recommend solutions that fit their needs
• Perform high-quality repairs and installations
• Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment
• Document all work in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a professional appearance and well-kept company equipment

What We're Looking For

• A motivated, goal-driven, team-oriented professional
• Comfortable earning through a performance-based pay structure
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Someone who takes pride in clean, done-right work

What You Need

• Active plumbing license
• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan a plus (or willingness to learn)
• Able to lift to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas as needed
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
