Watts Steam Store is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Office Assistant to join our exceptional team.

Summary of Responsibilities: The primary responsibility for the Customer Service Representative (CSR)/shop assistant is to provide timely and professional customer service to Watts Steam Store customers, while also supporting Watts Steam Store sales through effective communication and excellent organization and time management skills.

Job Duties Include:

Answer the phone quickly and professionally; direct calls/messages to appropriate staffEnsure the accurate data entry and maintenance of customer information into Company’s accounting program/CRM programBasic accounting functions including invoicing & accounts receivable including collectionsCreate a friendly and inviting working environmentResponsible for assisting front counter customersMaintain clean organized showroom and replenish stock product as neededSupport Outside Sales and respond in a timely manner with price, availability, product specifications, order status and other information as requiredCall customers to confirm maintenance appointmentsCommunicate clearly, precisely, and in a friendly mannerOther duties assigned by ManagementSkills/Qualifications:

Excellent Customer Service (people skills)Strong Communication Skills (written & verbal)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskProficient with computers - Familiarity of Quickbooks, Jobber and P21 a plusMotivated with the ability to work independently as-well-as within the teamWorks well under pressureGoal oriented and dedication to excellenceSchedule:
