Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to support the execution of core HR processes across a global organization. This is a hands-on role focused on HR systems, compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence.
This position is ideal for an HR professional early in their career who is looking to gain broad exposure across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, learning systems, compliance, and process improvement.
Areas of Focus:
HR Systems & Data Management
- Maintain and manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across platforms
- Perform regular data entry, audits, and updates across HRIS(ADP Workforce Now)and related tools
- Act as a system point of contact for HR platforms, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Support reporting and ensuretimelyandaccurateHR data for internal stakeholders
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Manage andmaintainthe company’s Learning Management System (LMS)
- Upload, assign, and track training programs and completion rates
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure required training is delivered and tracked
- Generate reports on training compliance and completion metrics
Policies, Compliance & Audits
- Support the administration and documentation of HR policies and procedures
- Assistwith compliance filings and regulatory reporting requirements
- Coordinate and support internal and external HR audits
- Ensure HR processes align with relevant UK employment laws and global standards
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
- Coordinate onboarding processes, including system setup, documentation, and new hire communications
- Ensure smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all new employees
- Manage offboarding processes, including documentation, system access removal, and exit tracking
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensuretimelyand compliant employee transitions
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Identifyopportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and workflows
- Support implementation of process improvements and best practices
- Partner with global HR teams to ensure consistency and efficiency across end-to-end HR operations
- Contribute to documentation and standardization of HR processes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems
- Timely completion of onboarding and offboarding processes
- LMSutilizationand training completion rates
- Successful completion of audits and compliance activities
- Process efficiency improvements and reduction of manual work
You're the right fit if:
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role
- Experience working with HR systems (HRIS, LMS, or similar platforms)
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with HR compliance, policies, and audit processes
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding activities
- Exposure to working in a global or multi-region HR environment is a plus

- Own HR systems and LMS administration — issues resolved quickly, training assignments tracked accurately, and reporting delivered reliably to HR and business leaders.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness — policiesmaintained, documentation complete, UK employment requirements met, and internal/external audits completed without findings.
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvement — workflows streamlined, manual work reduced, and global HR processes standardized for consistency and scalability.
