IT Support Specialist – Milwaukee, WI

The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.

About the Role:

The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly by providing dependable technical support to associates. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while also supporting the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and systems. This position plays a key role in maintaining network performance, ensuring system security, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes, all while delivering strong customer-service-oriented experience to internal users.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Entry-level experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent internal customer support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in IT or systems support.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and/ or Enterprise Resource Planning software.
  • Experience supporting hardware, software, and network systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Maintain appropriate security measures across the corporate network and user devices
  • Configure, install, and maintain computers, printers, and phone equipment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and server systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks, including user setup, system access, and equipment provisioning.
