This is an opportunity to directly influence growth, optimization, and product direction in a highly visible, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end business performance reporting framework, defining key metrics and ensuring accurate, consistent tracking of business health and goals.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and BI reporting systems that provide real-time visibility into performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance drivers, investigate anomalies, and quantify business opportunities across products and channels.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting and predictive models to support planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, executive-ready narratives that drive alignment and action across stakeholders.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams to strengthen data infrastructure, definitions, and measurement frameworks.
  • Identify gaps in existing metrics and proactively design new frameworks to support emerging products, initiatives, and business needs.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure insights are effectively embedded into strategy and execution.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or related data-driven roles.
  • Strong SQL expertise with proven ability to query and analyze large, complex datasets independently.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or equivalent environments.
  • Strong ability to design structured analyses, build KPI frameworks, and develop forecasting models.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills with experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar).
  • Experience in marketplace, tech, media, or advertising environments is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced quantitative degree is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based equity awards
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company support
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements in a remote-first model
  • Parental leave and family support programs
  • Learning, development, and career growth opportunities
  • Access to modern analytics tools, cloud platforms, and data infrastructure
  • Inclusive, distributed work environment built on flexibility and trust
  • Additional wellness and employee support initiatives
