Accountabilities
  • Own and drive initiatives focused on customer activation, retention, engagement, and monetization across the SMB customer segment.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Identify customer pain points, growth levers, and optimization opportunities through data analysis, experimentation, and user research.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from problem discovery and solution design to launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, customer support, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact product enhancements.
  • Develop and implement experimentation frameworks, leveraging A/B testing and data-driven methodologies to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
  • Gain a deep understanding of operational workflows and customer needs to improve efficiency, user satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Partner with other product leaders to align growth initiatives across multiple product areas and influence broader product strategy.
  • Measure success through key growth metrics, customer behavior analysis, and revenue impact, continuously refining priorities based on results.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on growth, product-led growth (PLG), or customer lifecycle optimization.
  • Proven experience driving measurable improvements in activation, retention, engagement, conversion, or monetization metrics.
  • Strong expertise in product analytics, experimentation methodologies, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work comfortably with SQL, dashboards, and large datasets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, customer psychology, and user experience principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong bias toward action and execution.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions.
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building, launching, or scaling products, businesses, initiatives, or side projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Experience within eCommerce, logistics, shipping, fulfillment, marketplace, or SaaS environments is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with performance-oriented rewards.
  • Equity or stock-based incentives, allowing employees to participate in the company’s long-term success.
  • Flexible remote-friendly work environment.
  • Opportunity to work from anywhere for up to four weeks per year.
  • Gym and wellness expense reimbursement to support physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Generous vacation policy designed to encourage work-life balance.
  • Additional wellness-focused leave, including duvet days and mental health days.
  • Exposure to innovative technologies, AI-driven solutions, and high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial company culture that values ownership, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, career advancement, and leadership development.
