What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and resolve sewer and drain issues in residential plumbing systems

• Perform sewer line inspections, cleanings, repairs, and replacements

• Operate drain cleaning equipment, sewer cameras, locating equipment, hydro-jetters, and augers

• Identify root causes and educate customers on available repair and replacement options

• Perform spot repairs, sectional repairs, trenchless repairs (if experienced), and full sewer line replacements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle

• Accurately document work performed, recommendations, and customer interactions

• Represent Fischer Services professionally in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous sewer and drain service experience required

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities

• Experience operating sewer cameras, locating equipment, jetters, and drain cleaning equipment

• Ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners

• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Ability to safely perform physical work in various environments
