This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Sales Specialist based in United States.
This role is focused on driving strategic growth across ServiceNow services by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and shaping enterprise transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complex business challenges into ServiceNow-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and digital workflows. The position requires a strong hunter mindset combined with consultative selling expertise to build and execute pipeline strategies across multiple industries. You will collaborate closely with technical architects, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to design compelling, high-value proposals. A key aspect of the role involves leading end-to-end deal cycles, from discovery and solution shaping through negotiation and closure. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on innovation, particularly around AI-driven workflow transformation.
- Build and execute proactive pipeline and prospecting strategies to generate net-new ServiceNow services opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Lead executive-level discovery sessions to identify business challenges and translate them into ServiceNow transformation opportunities
- Develop industry-specific points of view to drive demand generation and open new enterprise conversations
- Own the full sales lifecycle, including qualification, solution design, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution architects, delivery, SMEs, legal, and finance to deliver client-ready solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and structured pursuit management across multiple opportunities
- Ensure alignment between client needs, ServiceNow capabilities, and technical feasibility in partnership with solution teams
- Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities, including AI-driven features such as Now Assist, and articulate business value to clients
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, services sales, alliance management, or client-facing solution selling
- Proven success in a hunter/farmer model, driving both new logo acquisition and account expansion
- Strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, and solution architecture concepts
- Ability to engage and influence C-level and VP-level executives with strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Experience working in highly matrixed environments and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach
- Preferred experience selling within the ServiceNow ecosystem or similar enterprise SaaS platforms
