Riddle’s Group, Inc. is seeking a talented, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Goldsmith/Bench Jeweler in our Jamestown, North Dakota store. This position offers outstanding opportunities for growth and provides a unique career path into the jewelry industry.
No experience is necessary! Whether you are an experienced bench jeweler or someone looking to begin a new career, we provide all of the training and support needed to become a successful member of our team. If you possess mechanical aptitude, enjoy working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.
Our Goldsmiths work in a well-equipped shop area located within the retail jewelry store and are supported by service centers throughout the company, a modern manufacturing facility in Rapid City, South Dakota, and the Riddle’s Goldsmith Training Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Comprehensive training and ongoing support
Training will be provided for the following duties:
Precise and timely completion of jewelry repairs and custom work
Ring sizing
Re-tipping
Head and stone setting
Rebuilding channels
Soldering wedding sets together
Chain repair and soldering
Bracelet repair
Working with precious metals and gemstones
Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
No jewelry experience required – we will train the right candidate
Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to work with small components and tools
Strong organizational skills and dependability
Desire to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous bench jewelry experience is welcomed but not required
Monday through Friday
Some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
