This is an entry-level commercial role focused on supporting the promotion and education of healthcare products to dental and healthcare professionals through virtual and in-person engagement activities. You will play a key role in strengthening relationships with prescribers, ensuring accurate product communication, and supporting brand visibility across your assigned territory. The role blends sales execution, relationship management, and educational promotion in a dynamic consumer healthcare environment. You will be responsible for planning visits, engaging with professionals, and supporting events such as congresses and institutional activations. It requires strong communication skills, curiosity, and discipline in following structured commercial plans. - Plan and execute virtual and in-person visits using professional segmentation to ensure effective coverage of key prescribers.
- Maintain and update healthcare professional databases to ensure accurate targeting and engagement within the assigned territory.
- Analyze insights from multiple channels (pharmacies, clinics, point-of-sale, and other healthcare environments) to support planning and execution.
- Promote healthcare products during congresses, events, and educational activities with dental and medical professionals.
- Organize and support events and activations in educational institutions aligned with commercial and strategic objectives.
- Continuously develop product and competitor knowledge through internal training and educational materials.
- Apply market intelligence and productivity tools to build tactical plans and improve execution effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, training, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of field strategies.
- High school diploma required; higher education (completed or in progress) is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or commercial roles, ideally in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or field sales environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with professionals.
- Dynamic, proactive, and fast-learning profile with strong adaptability.
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
- Availability for on-site work (09:00–18:00) in Barra da Tijuca.
- Interest in healthcare, consumer health products, or pharmaceutical promotion is a strong advantage.
