HDD Bore Locator in Lowell, Arkansas at ATS Welding

ATS Welding LLC is expanding rapidly into a full-service construction and welding company with a focus on safety and quality. Following our recent expansion into Arkansas, we are seeking qualified individuals to build out our first HDD Bore Crew!

We are hiring for all positions on the crew: Foreman, Drill Operator, Locator, and Laborers. We do run lean, so the foreman should anticipate either leading as the Drill Operator or as the Locator, depending on preference and experience.

Locator:
Uses specialized equipment to accurately track the path of the drill, guiding the drilling process and ensuring precise placement of utilities, while avoiding damage to existing infrastructure. DCI or Underground Mag system experience required. (Underground Mag preferred). Ability to pass Operator Qualifications required. CDL a plus.

Essential skills:
Knowledge of mud mixing, drilling safety, and the ability to follow directions and work as part of a team are crucial.

Physical Requirements:
Some ability to travel may be required, work extended hours, and potentially handle physically demanding tasks.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug/alcohol pre-employment test.
