Part-Time Position with Potential to Grow into Full-Time
Are you a licensed mental health professional who is passionate about helping individuals through some of the most challenging moments of their lives?
Stellher Human Services is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our Adult Crisis Stabilization Program in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. This role provides clinical oversight for the program which consists of mental health practitioners and mental health rehabilitation workers as well as direct clinical services to adults experiencing a mental health crisis and helps support their journey toward stabilization, recovery, and hope.
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed clinician seeking a flexible part-time position with the potential to expand into a full-time role as the program continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Conduct crisis and diagnostic assessments.
- Develop and oversee individual treatment plans.
- Provide supervision for mental health practitioners and mental health rehabilitation workers and sign off on their clinical documentation
- Work with case managers, hospitals, and community partners
- Support recipients in developing coping skills and achieving treatment goals.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and case consultations.
- Help ensure services meet state and program requirements.

Pay Range: $27.00–$29.00 per hour DOE, plus shift differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

Requirements:Qualifications
- Licensed Mental Health Professional in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, or equivalent).
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
