Your Role:

As a COTA, you’ll work closely under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to support patients recovering from injuries, illness, or developmental challenges. You’ll bring therapy plans to life—helping patients regain independence, confidence, and strength through purposeful activities and rehabilitative care.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with therapeutic activities and rehab exercises tailored to each patient’s unique goals
Encourage and guide patients in regaining daily living skills
Collaborate with OTs, physicians, and care teams for the best patient outcomes
Support and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and home programs
Bring positive energy, punctuality, and professionalism to every shift

What You Bring:

A passion for patient-centered care and meaningful progress
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Respect for patient confidentiality and healthcare protocols
Current COTA certification and applicable state license

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.

Licenses/Certification:

• Current COTA license required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Experience:

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
