Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications.
  • Strong expertise with container technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, artifact registries, and the broader cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Experience designing, building, and securing modern CI/CD pipelines and software delivery platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Go (Golang), or the ability to become productive quickly with the language.
  • Experience working with AI development tools, automation technologies, or intelligent software systems.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and secure software engineering practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, remote teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Passion for building developer-focused products that simplify complex engineering workflows.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Equity participation with long-term growth opportunities.
  • Fully remote-first work environment with flexible working arrangements.
  • Monthly stipend to support coworking, internet, and phone expenses.
  • Regular team gatherings and company-sponsored offsite events.

  • Flexible paid time off policy that encourages work-life balance.
  • Generous paid parental leave.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in AI, cloud infrastructure, and software security.
  • Collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
