The Lead Product Designer, Growth will own the design vision and execution for growth-focused initiatives, creating engaging experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business and customer goals.
- Lead the overall product, UX, and design strategy for growth initiatives such as signup flows, onboarding experiences, rewards, and engagement features.
- Design high-quality interactive experiences across mobile applications for iOS and Android, as well as web platforms.
- Own projects throughout the complete design lifecycle, from early concepts and research through production, launch, and iteration.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define strategy, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions aligned with growth objectives.
- Provide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to other designers while helping elevate overall team quality and standards.
- Evaluate existing design processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable best practices.
- Contribute to and expand the product design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a strong user experience.
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate exploration, improve productivity, and enhance creative problem-solving.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product designer with strong UX and UI expertise, a passion for consumer products, and the ability to influence product strategy through thoughtful design decisions.
- Significant experience leading end-to-end product design for consumer-facing digital products, including both UX and UI design.
- Strong visual design skills with the ability to balance structured design systems with expressive, brand-focused experiences.
- Proven ability to lead complex design projects, prioritize effectively, and provide guidance to other designers.
- Strong product thinking skills with the ability to contribute to strategic discussions beyond visual execution.
- Experience designing and launching mobile and web applications or software products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality experiences.
- Experience working with design systems and scalable product design practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools as part of the creative and productivity process.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product design work and measurable impact.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- Experience in fintech or financial products is highly desirable.
- Previous experience leading successful growth initiatives at scale is a strong advantage.
