As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evolving scalable products while contributing to technical decisions and engineering excellence. You will work across the entire software lifecycle, from solution design to production monitoring, ensuring high-quality deliveries and sustainable architectures.
- Develop end-to-end solutions, from architecture and modeling to implementation, deployment, and production follow-up, balancing business needs with technical sustainability.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable frontend applications using modern web technologies while ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
- Develop backend services and APIs, applying best practices for distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
- Review and influence technical decisions, architecture patterns, and engineering standards that impact teams and products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and domain specialists to transform complex challenges into effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements for large-scale systems.
- Configure and improve tools related to code quality, testing, observability, and continuous delivery.
- Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting peers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate has strong fullstack development experience, a deep understanding of software engineering principles, and the ability to operate in complex, high-scale environments.
- Solid experience building scalable frontend applications with React and Next.js, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainable code practices.
- Strong backend development experience focused on building services, APIs, asynchronous solutions, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience owning the complete software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and production support.
- Experience implementing frontend testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
- Practical experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub, SQS, or equivalent technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes ecosystems.
- Ability to work effectively with at least one modern programming language such as Node.js, Go, Java/Scala, or Python, with flexibility to learn new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical ownership, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to contribute to technical discussions.
